Neurova Labs and Optigate Clinical Partners Team Up to Bring Neurowellness to Clinics and Addiction Treatment Programs

SALT LAKE CITY, Oct. 9, 2026. Neurova Labs today announced a partnership with Optigate Clinical Partners, an advisory firm for wellness, longevity, and mental health clinics, to bring Neurova Academy to clinics and addiction treatment programs. The two companies will be together at the 13th Annual California Addiction Conference, October 14 to 18 at the Sheraton Universal Hotel in Universal City, California.
Optigate Clinical Partners, founded in Scotts Valley, California, by Edith Wilson, matches clinics with bio-technologies through a five-stage program it calls Pathfinder. Under the partnership, Optigate introduces Neurova Academy to the clinics and treatment programs it advises. Neurova Labs provides the program, facilitator training and certification, and ongoing support.
“At Optigate Clinical Partners, we’re proud to welcome Neurova Labs into our network,” said Edith Wilson, founder of Optigate Clinical Partners. “Their mission, bringing data-supported technology into real clinical settings, mirrors exactly what we set out to do for the wellness community here in the Bay Area. We’ve experienced their protocols firsthand and seen the impact on ourselves, our families, and our friends, and we’re excited to bring that to the clinics we serve.”
Inside Neurova Academy
Neurova Academy is a guided brain training program built in virtual reality. A full program is five daily sessions of about thirty minutes, done standing in about a square meter of space. It runs alongside a clinic's existing programming, and treatment programs can send clients home with the same program at discharge. Clinics that want their own data can add an optional 22-marker RNA blood panel through iXpressGenes, a CLIA-certified, CAP-accredited laboratory, drawn before and after a program.
At the California Addiction Conference
At the conference, attendees can try Neurova Academy in a headset at the Optigate Clinical Partners table and book a follow-up call with the Neurova Labs team. Wilson will be joined by John Yezeski, Chief Experience Officer of Neurova Labs. The conference is hosted by the California Consortium of Addiction Programs and Professionals (CCAPP) and draws addiction counselors, clinicians, and treatment program operators.
