SALT LAKE CITY, Sept. 18, 2026. Neurova Labs and Blue Rose Consulting Group are partnering to bring Neurova Academy to military units, federal agencies, and behavioral health organizations nationwide. The partnership pairs a fielded, veteran-built neurotechnology program with a veteran-owned firm that knows how government and clinical organizations buy and deploy new capability.

Who is Blue Rose Consulting Group?

Blue Rose Consulting Group is a certified service-disabled veteran-owned small business and HUBZone company based in Manassas, Virginia. It provides management and people advisory, information technology, program solutions, and behavioral health and wellness services to public and commercial organizations. The company is led by CEO Todd Weiler and Chief Operating Officer David Savage, and describes itself as committed to helping service members and their families build their next chapter.

What does the partnership do?

The partnership brings Neurova Academy to military units, federal agencies, and behavioral health organizations through three channels.

  • A fielded clinician network. Blue Rose's national clinician network is an active Neurova Academy deployment.

  • A federal and military channel. Neurova Labs and Blue Rose shared booth 1900 at the 148th NGAUS General Conference and Exhibition in Indianapolis, where Neurova Academy was listed in the conference product directory.

  • Behavioral health reach. The two companies are bringing Neurova Academy to clinics and treatment centers at Behavioral Health Tech 2026 in Nashville, booth 333, September 22 to 24.

Why does the partnership matter?

Programs that reach people have to run where people already are, and for most Guard Soldiers and Airmen, routine contact with military health happens only at the annual periodic health assessment. The rest of the year runs through a civilian job, a civilian provider, or nothing at all. Veterans and their families face a similar gap between appointments.

Neurova Academy was built for that. It runs at the unit or in the clinic, offline, with no clinical infrastructure and no personally identifiable information collected in normal use. A full cycle is five sessions of about thirty minutes, done standing in about a square meter of space. Facilitator certification comes with access, and programs can add the optional 22-marker CoreSignals RNA blood panel through iXpressGenes, a CLIA-certified, CAP-accredited laboratory.

Blue Rose brings the other half: deep experience with defense personnel policy, federal programs, and behavioral health operations. Together, the two veteran-led companies can move a proven program from the demo floor into the organizations that need it.
