Armed Forces

This is military neurohealth.

Neurova Academy delivers structured neurocognitive training built for the demands of military service, PTSD recovery, and the long road back from traumatic brain injury.

Service leaves a mark. Modern science can address it.

Combat stress, traumatic brain injury, and the cumulative cognitive load of operational life leave physical imprints in the brain. These imprints don't resolve on their own, and traditional approaches weren't designed with the warfighter's brain in mind.

Neurova Labs was built on a single conviction: trauma leaves a physical imprint in the brain, and that imprint can be addressed. Neurova Academy is how that conviction becomes a program your institution can deploy.

Case Studies

Mission-specific simulation

First-person view from a vehicle-mounted position driving down a road in the Neurova Academy virtual environment

Our high-fidelity virtual environment replicates the cognitive demands of operational service, training the brain to regulate blood flow and oxygen delivery under pressure and restore stable neurovascular function.

Accelerated neurocognitive recovery

A man in a gray jacket trains in a Neurova Labs headset, with an inset of his in-headset view of a virtual range

Early pilot data shows measurable stress regulation, cognitive stability, and operational performance after five sessions of about thirty minutes for veterans with PTSD or TBIs. The mission doesn't end at discharge. Recovery shouldn't either.

Performance-driven adaptation

Neurova Academy continuously adjusts task difficulty and environmental stressors in real time, sharpening attention, accelerating reaction speed, and stabilizing decision-making under cognitive load.

Scalable institutional deployment

Designed for modular deployment with rehabilitation programs, operational training environments, and performance optimization initiatives throughout military and veteran care systems.

The NEUROVA LABS PROTOCOL

In just five sessions

DAY 01

Orientation and onboarding

Neurova Labs headsets on a table as staff prepare for program orientation

Program orientation and onboarding, intake assessment, and a first guided session of about thirty minutes in the Neurova Academy environment. Elective blood work through iXpressGenes to record baseline data.

DAY 02

Guided neuro-immersive session

A facilitator guides a participant wearing a Neurova Labs headset through a first session

A full session of about thirty minutes inside the adaptive VR environment, guided and calibrated to the participant's baseline.

DAYS 03-04

Adaptive progression

A participant in a teal shirt holds VR controllers during a Neurova Academy session

Continued sessions that adapt in real time to the participant's engagement and progress, increasing cognitive demand as performance improves.

DAY 05

Final session and outprocessing

A participant in a dark jacket completes a Neurova Academy session in an office

Personalized final session and elective blood work. Exit interview with clinician. Follow-up appointment scheduled to review blood work data.
