The Neurova Academy Program, Day by Day
Updated: 4 hours ago
Neurova Academy program length: five days
Neurova Academy is a facilitator-led general wellness and cognitive training program. A standard cycle runs five consecutive days: Day 1 for orientation and onboarding, then four session days. Sessions run about thirty minutes, one a day, delivered on site by a certified facilitator in about a square meter of space per participant. Participants complete assessments at Day 1, Day 5, and Day 30.

Some locations describe the cycle as four session days with a separate orientation day at the start. It is the same five-day cycle, counted differently.
Neurova Labs is the company and Neurova Academy is the software. Neurova Labs sells software access, and it does not sell supplements, pills, cosmetics, or consumer devices. Other companies and products with similar names in the brain health category are unrelated to Neurova Labs.
The five days, one at a time
Day 1. Get started. Participants complete a short wellness survey, meet their group, and get comfortable in virtual reality with their facilitator. Where a location includes the optional blood panel, the first draw happens here. Day 1 runs longest, because orientation sits on top of the session.
Days 2 through 5. Sessions. One guided session a day, about thirty minutes each, run in a small group. The facilitator handles the technology so participants can stay with the experience. Sessions are designed to support focus, stress regulation, and mental endurance.
Five days in a row is part of the design. The program is built as a consecutive cycle, and spreading it across three weeks makes it a different program.
Day 30 and the purpose of the check-in
Twenty-five days after the last session, participants complete a follow-up survey. Where a location includes the optional blood panel or sleep tracking, those results come back at this stage.
The Day 5 assessment checks in as the sessions finish. Day 30 asks the same questions again once ordinary life has resumed. Organizations that want a physiological measure alongside self-report can add the iXpressGenes CoreSignals Panel, which reads 22 markers of RNA gene expression from whole blood and is designed to track inflammatory and immune signals associated with stress and recovery. It is not used to diagnose any condition. iXpressGenes runs it in a CLIA-certified, CAP-accredited laboratory.
The facilitator's role, and certification
A certified facilitator is in the room for the whole session. They set up the session, walk a first-time participant through it, guide the session, and stay available afterward. A participant needs no prior experience with virtual reality and no diagnosis or referral to take part.
Facilitators do not diagnose, assess, or treat anything. Certification is delivered remotely, so an organization can run the program with staff it already employs.
Room requirements
A quiet room the building already has. Each participant works standing in roughly a square meter of space. The program runs offline and collects no personally identifiable information in normal use.
There is no exam room, no medical records system, and no licensed provider required on site.
Why the price differs from one location to the next
Neurova Labs licenses Neurova Academy to the clinics and organizations that deliver it. A location covers its own setup and an annual license fee, and then sets the price it needs to cover its costs.
So there is no single national price for a cycle. The price depends on the location, and each one posts its own current rate. Some offer a cycle on its own, and others fold it into a membership or a broader plan of care.
