You stand in about a square meter of floor space and work through sessions that adapt in real time to how you are engaging. All the movement is upper body and in place, so there is no walking around the room.

What happens in a session?
Each session moves through six phases: Activate, Challenge, Sequence, React, Switch, and Recover. You start by moving, the difficulty climbs to meet you, and every session closes with guided breathing and a deliberate downshift before the headset comes off.
The program is designed to train focus, stress regulation, and decision-making under load. It is built for anyone who wants to feel sharper day to day: parents, business owners, athletes, first responders, and veterans.
Who runs Neurova Academy in Hayden?
Sessions are led by Sarah Adair, FNP-C, who owns the practice and brings a background in emergency medicine, and Trina Kennedy, RN, who has spent twenty years in nursing in North Idaho. Each completed Neurova facilitator certification in 2026.
