You are booking Neurova Academy, guided brain training on a virtual reality headset, run in person with a certified facilitator. You stand in about a square meter of floor space and work through sessions that adapt in real time to how you are engaging. All the movement is upper body and in place, and each session runs about thirty minutes.

What happens in a session?
Each session moves through six phases: Activate, Challenge, Sequence, React, Switch, and Recover. You start by moving, the difficulty climbs to meet you, and every session closes with guided breathing and a deliberate downshift before the headset comes off.
The program is designed to train focus, stress regulation, and decision-making under load. It is an active session, and it is built for anyone who wants to feel sharper day to day: students, parents, professionals, athletes, first responders, and veterans.
Where was Neurova Academy developed?
Neurova Academy was developed in Utah. Founder and CEO Brenden Borrowman, PhD, a retired U.S. Army veteran, developed the modalities behind it while founding and running an inpatient program in the state. More than 500 programs have been delivered to date. Bringing the program to Ogden brings it close to home.
