Certification confirms that the learner completed the written Neurova Academy trainer course and passed the final knowledge assessment. Independent live delivery may also require additional review, video or live training, scenario assessment, observed delivery review, or clearance through Neurova Academy.

The course includes five focused modules: Program Foundations, Core Science, Five-Day Delivery, VR Hardware and Session Operations, and Trainer Role, Scripts, and National Standards.

Yes. Learners complete a multiple-choice final assessment at the end of the course. The assessment checks understanding of key program concepts, delivery expectations, safety language, and participant support standards.

Learners must meet the passing threshold shown in the course platform. The current course is designed around an 80% passing standard.

After passing, the program will issue a certificate of completion with the participant's name, completion date, course name, and certificate ID. The certificate MUST be emailed to info@neurovalabs.com to confirm course completion. The certificate can be printed or saved by the participant.

If a learner does not pass, they should review the course material and retake the assessment. The goal is not simply to complete the test, but to understand how to deliver the program safely, consistently, and within the correct scope.

Control is the body's starting state, including whether the system is calm, steady, flexible, stressed, tense, or reactive. Supply is the brain's blood flow flexibility and ability to deliver fuel when demand rises. Demand is the workload placed on the brain during attention, reaction, decision-making, sensory processing, and effort.

Neurovascular coupling is the brain's ability to match blood flow to the areas that are working harder. In simple terms, when the brain works harder, it needs more fuel, and the system must respond efficiently.

Recovery is part of training because the program is not designed around constant intensity. The trainer protects recovery as deliberately as challenge, helping the participant return to control before continuing.

The trainer's main priority is controlled engagement and recovery. Trainers should protect pacing, observe participant response, and avoid pushing intensity for its own sake.

Possible signs of overload may include dizziness, confusion, nausea, irritability, shutdown, visible frustration, or difficulty staying regulated. If these signs appear, the trainer should pause, reset, and reduce demand.

The session should pause immediately. The participant should be guided back to a stable position, given time to recover, and supported with calm, clear communication. The trainer should not pressure the participant to continue.

A trainer can say: “That is your system hitting its limit for now. Let's pause, reset, and bring it back under control.”

Trainers should avoid statements such as “This is treatment,” “This will fix your condition,” “This is medical therapy,” or any language that promises a medical outcome.
